We accept new students year-round based on availability. Here is how to get started:

Schedule a Tour

We encourage every family to visit our centers first. Meet our Directors, see our classrooms, and watch our teachers in action.

Submit Your Paperwork

Once you have chosen your academy (Little Explorers, Leap Frog, or Whiz Kidz), you will need to complete the registration packet.

Secure Your Spot

Once your paperwork and fee are submitted, we will confirm your start date and help you transition your child into their new classroom.

Financial Assistance & Subsidies

We are committed to making high-quality childcare accessible to families throughout our community. All three of our academies—Little Explorers, Leap Frog, and Whiz Kidz—proudly partner with Kentucky’s Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) to help eligible families manage tuition costs.

CCAP/4-C Accepted: We welcome families utilizing state childcare subsidies at every location.
Contract Responsibility: Parents must ensure their 4-C contracts remain current to avoid interruptions in coverage.
Full Tuition Policy: If a subsidy contract lapses, the full tuition rate will apply until a new contract is active.
Weekly Co-Pays: Any required family co-payments are due on Monday mornings, following our standard payment schedule.

Tuition & Payment Options

Transparent Tuition Rates Our rates are competitive and inclusive of nutritious meals (breakfast, lunch, and snack). We offer full-time care for infants through preschool, as well as Before & After School care for school-age children.

Easy Ways to Pay

We use Brightwheel, the #1 childcare management app, to make billing simple. You can pay tuition directly from your phone using a credit card or bank transfer. We also accept checks and money orders at the front desk.
