Tuition & Fee Schedule
We are committed to providing exceptional childcare at a competitive rate. Below you will find our current weekly tuition schedule and payment policies. Please note that rates differ slightly by location for school-age programs.
Registration Fees
A non-refundable registration fee is due upon enrollment.
Leap Frog & Whiz Kidz Academy: $75.00
Little Explorers Academy: $150.00
(Note: An annual renewal fee of $50 applies to all locations.) Due each August
Weekly Tuition Rates
Rates are based on a full week of care (up to 10 hours per day).

Payment Policies
Payment Schedule
Due Date: Tuition is payable in advance. Weekly payments are due on Monday morning.
Late Policy: Payments are considered late after Tuesday. A $10.00 late fee will be automatically assessed on accounts not paid by Tuesday evening.
Non-Payment: If payment is not received within one week, childcare services may be suspended until the account is paid in full.
Accepted Payment Methods
We strive to make payments easy for busy families.
Brightwheel App: Pay directly from your phone (Credit/Debit/Bank Transfer).
In-Person: Check or Money Order.
Please Note: A $5.00 convenience fee applies to credit card payments. We do not accept cash.
Returned Checks: All returned checks are subject to a $50.00 fee.
Vacation Policy
After one full year of continuous enrollment, your child is eligible for one week of vacation per year at no charge. Please see your Director to request a Vacation Form.
Subsidies (4-C)
We welcome families utilizing 4-C subsidy payments.
Parents are responsible for keeping their 4-C contracts current.
Co-payments are due weekly on the same schedule listed above.
If a contract lapses, parents are responsible for the full tuition rate until a new contract is active.
